A thoughtful space for growth, clarity, and meaningful change

ABOUT MY COACHING

My coaching offers a calm, respectful space for people who want to live and work with greater intention.

I am guided by values of helpfulness, curiosity, justice, respect, wisdom, and freedom. These values shape how I listen, how I ask questions, and how I support people as they grow. Clients often tell me they feel deeply heard, steadied, and clearer after our conversations.

I am a credentialed professional coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I trained at Western Seminary, where I was trained to approach growth with ethical grounding and respect for each person’s lived experience.

ABOUT MY CLIENTS

I work with women and men who value reflection, growth, and thoughtful conversation.

My clients may be:

  • Stepping into something new—a role, relationship, season of life, or way of being

  • Seeking a space that helps them feel more engaged, present, and alive

  • Wanting support to make decisions that align with their values

  • Curious about themselves and open to learning through conversation

Some people come during times of transition; others come when life is going well and they want to grow with intention. You don’t need to be stuck or unhappy to benefit from coaching.

Why people seek coaching with me

People choose to work with me when they want a place to slow down and think clearly.

Clients often seek coaching to:

  • Reflect on choices around work, relationships, or direction

  • Strengthen trust in their own judgment

  • Explore what matters most right now

  • Move forward with greater clarity, freedom, and self-respect

Coaching provides dedicated time for honest reflection and intentional movement—toward what feels meaningful and alive.

My coaching style

My style is curious, respectful, and steady.

I don’t give advice or push for quick fixes. Instead, I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you see your situation more clearly. The work is collaborative and grounded in respect for your autonomy.

Many clients experience the process as clarifying, stabilizing, and quietly transformative.

What coaching with me is (and isn’t)

Coaching with me is:

  • A collaborative, reflective conversation

  • Focused on clarity, agency, and values-aligned growth

  • Grounded in respect and ethical practice

Coaching with me is not:

  • Therapy or medical care

  • Advice-giving or motivational pressure

  • Someone telling you how to live your life

What clients often gain

Clients often report:

  • Clearer thinking and decision-making

  • Greater confidence in their own judgment

  • A stronger sense of freedom and alignment

  • More ease in navigating complexity

Growth here is not about becoming someone else—it’s about creating space for your own wisdom to guide you.
